I feel that since I am asking you to purchase a bracelet from me, I should tell you a little bit about who I am.
My name is Andrea and I'm the proud mom to a 10 month old baby boy, and the happy wife to a wonderful man! I was born and raised in Southern California, but moved to Kansas 3 years ago for my husbands job. Because he works a crazy schedule, I spend a good amount of time bouncing between both states so my son can also get to know his CA family. I am currently back home in CA where I will be until the end of the year.
I first came across Chase's story through a dear friend of mine who lives in Pennsylvania, not far from where Chase lives. His story immediately tugged on my heart strings and I KNEW that I just had to do something to try to help this sweet and innocent little boy, just as many others have done. But it's hard to pull off a fundraiser when you don't live near the family!
Through this tragedy, I have come to know Chase's mom and now consider her a friend. She loves her children an incredible amount, and I know that with your help, we can make this a very successful fundraiser!
I came up with the idea of selling "awareness" bracelets. It's a great way for those of us who don't live near Chase and can't participate in the wonderful local fundraisers that have already been done for him to show our support for him. I hope that others like the idea as much as I do!
